Bridger-Teton National Forest. Snow On the Hillside. Clouds above the Gros Ventre River. The snow covered area directly above the river, is where the Gros Ventre Slide occurred.

Some vegetation pictures in winter. Aspen Trees and grass. Intertwined Aspen Trees. Aspen Trees in Snow. It was a cold morning. The hoar frost was clinging heavy to the grass blades.

The Enchanted Forest…
I spent a day hiking along the Gros Ventre River on a cold morning. The Enchanted Forest I encountered a lot of hoar frost along the way. Cottonwoods and hoar frost. Standing above the others. The tallest cottonwood tree I encountered.
