Recently I purchased “The Master Photographer’s Toning Book” by Tim Rudman.  This book was difficult to locate and purchase as the first edition sold out quickly and on the secondary market I found the book to be quite expensive as it became a collector’s item.  Last year, the second edition was published in the United Kingdom by Aurum Press.  I located a dealer earlier this year and purchased the book from http://www.silverprint.co.uk/  I am totally happy with my purchase and would recommend this book to anyone that is interested in toning black and white photographs.  Please note Silverprint does ship outside the United Kingdom and has a special book rate.
